Enhancement is when you send us your own file: we append those attributes and profiles, validate and align fields, and apply suppression-led hygiene. If a contact route should not be used — for example where consent, preference, or suppression rules mean postal, mobile, or email is not valid for outreach — that route is not carried through in what we return.

If someone has not opted a particular channel, we do not supply data for that route.
