Outputs are provided under agreed licence terms, including file sizing and permitted use. We are a data collection and supply business; we do not run consumer marketing campaigns on behalf of your end-clients.

Suppressions and preference management

We use The Preference Centre Ltd to help manage compliance for us and the suppliers we work with, including suppression-led hygiene aligned with how we supply data. Consumers can use the Preference Centre website for unsubscribe and preference management. Details of how suppressions apply to your use case should be confirmed in your agreement and campaign setup.

Regional programmes

Rules differ between the UK, USA and Rest of World. We describe regional sourcing and product positioning on our UK, USA and Rest of World pages. Your legal and compliance teams should map those programmes to your obligations in each market where you activate.

Consent and channels

Where we describe opt-in collection (for example separate channels for postal, mobile, and email), that reflects how we approach permission-based routes in supply. If a channel has not been properly opted, we do not supply that route — as outlined on the site in relation to our sourcing model.
