We pull together large-scale website capture from consent-led pages and journeys, and we combine it with relevant public-domain and open data — registers, corporate filings, property and statistical references, and similar lawful sources — so the file isn’t only “web-derived”: it reflects what people signal on-site and what public information can legitimately add.
From that blend we maintain depth at consumer level: attributes that are directly observed or declared (what forms, preferences and site overlays make clear) alongside segmentation-based and statistically inferred characteristics where those are built carefully from the same inputs and kept inside licensed, compliant use. We then enhance, license and suppress — monthly refresh, profiling, and suppression-led hygiene — so targeting stays accurate and campaigns don’t drift on stale assumptions.

The sample frames are representative of the consent-led sites we work with — consumer-facing brands and publishers where people actively opt in to marketing or service updates on dedicated pages. Each route is permission-based: postal name and address, mobile (cell) number, and email are separate opt-in channels. If someone has not opted a particular channel, we do not supply data for that route.
The same principle applies across UK, USA and Rest of World; market-specific rules still govern how outputs are delivered.
